ABOUT

CEZ Property Group is a diversified, owner-managed property fund with strategic real estate interests spanning the industrial, commercial, convenience retail, and specialized property sectors. Established in 1998 with its very first foundational acquisition, the fund has meticulously built a high-performing portfolio. Today, the significant majority of these assets are concentrated within the primary economic hubs of South Africa, specifically across the Greater Johannesburg and Pretoria regions.

The fund is led by a highly experienced and accomplished management team that is deeply committed to safeguarding and advancing the interests of the portfolio. Our leadership possesses comprehensive, cross-sector skills encompassing property development, asset optimization, corporate finance, and complex utility management. To ensure strict alignment with the company’s principal investment strategy, all key operations – including strategic acquisitions, disposals, and leasing – are managed entirely in-house.

Led by the founder Roman Cendrowski and the COO Byron Wilson, the management team maintains an exceptionally agile approach to structuring transactions and navigating market changes. This hands-on, owner-managed structure allows the company to make swift, well-informed decisions while continuously providing relevant, high-level support and long-term value to our numerous business partners and tenants.
